Check all that apply to you. Include this form with your registration
form and registration fee. Your registration fee payment should reflect all the discounts for which you qualify. For example, if you are military, you should subtract $10 from your registration fee. If you are a military person bringing at least one non-military racer, you may subtract an additional $10 from your registration fee.
